YOUR HELP AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO OUR JOURNEY

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare statutory financial statements in compliance with IFRS, German GAAP (HGB), and local accounting regulations.
• Manage the monthly financial consolidation process and ensure accuracy in Group reporting in a designated reporting tool (Lucanet).
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and participate in Group financial statement preparation.

Audit & Financial Control

• Support local statutory audits and assist in the Group audit process by preparing required documentation.
• Work with external auditors and advisors across multiple countries to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Evaluate specific transactions and their recognition according to HGB, IFRS and local GAAP.

Collaboration & Process Improvement

• Work with GL, AR, AP, and Tax teams to align financial processes with local and Group accounting requirements.
• Assist in developing and maintaining the chart of accounts for statutory reporting.
• Support ongoing finance process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.

YOU STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD IF YOU HAVE

Education & Certification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

Experience & Expertise:

• 2-5 years of experience in audit or financial reporting and consolidation in international companies.
• Sound knowledge of IFRS (knowledge of German GAAP will be an advantage).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.

Skills & Competencies:

• Ability to manage tasks without constant supervision and prioritize effectively.
• Profound understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting.

Confidence in working with auditors, advisors, and internal teams.
