Senior Delivery Manager - Contractor
Lead complex transformation programmes from mobilisation to adoption, orchestrating teams, risks, budgets and dependencies to deliver measurable business outcomes.
SUPPORT OUR GROWTH PLANS AS OUR NEXT SENIOR DELIVERY MANAGER
Join us as a Senior Delivery Manager on a contract basis, taking ownership of the delivery engine behind our transformation portfolio. As a senior member of the Business Transformation Office (BTO), you’ll turn prioritised transformation initiatives into delivered, adopted, and measurable business outcomes.
Working across executive sponsors, business functions, technology, data teams, project and change professionals, and external partners, you’ll bring structure, momentum, and accountability to complex programmes—managing dependencies, risks, decisions, resources, budgets, and competing priorities from mobilisation through operational handover and benefits realisation.

Own RAID, dependency, decision, and change-control disciplines, ensuring clear ownership and follow-through.
Provide concise, credible, and decision-oriented executive reporting, forecasts, and recovery plans.
