Head of Accounting
Lead and transform a global accounting function, driving automation, entity simplification and operational excellence while partnering directly with the CFO and executive team.
SUPPORT OUR GROWTH PLANS AS OUR NEXT HEAD OF ACCOUNTING
Lead and transform our group-wide accounting function, combining deep expertise across General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Tax, Treasury, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable with strong leadership, process improvement, and change-management skills. You’ll own the integrity, accuracy, timeliness, and control environment of the company’s financial records while helping shape a more scalable, automated, and standardised finance organisation.
This is a hands-on transformation role for an experienced accounting leader who is equally comfortable leading a multi-disciplinary team, navigating complex accounting and tax matters, working with auditors and advisors, and driving major change across systems, processes, and legal entities. You’ll report directly to the CFO and play a key role in simplifying and modernising the finance function as the company continues to grow.
